Overview

The mission of Helio Health Inc. is to promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. To support this mission, the Information Technology Specialist I provides software, hardware, network support, training and troubleshooting in a multi-site healthcare facility. This position will perform general network maintenance, monitor systems, and ensure reliable connectivity to all infomration/communication services. This is a great opportunity to implement solutions for new facilities and acquisitions in a rapidly growing organization.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500!

Pay Rate: $58,500.00 - $62,000.00 per year



Responsibilities

    Implements and supports a wide range of IT projects.
  • Supports users with technical advice and problem resolution. Mix of application, workstation/hardware, and mobile devices/applications support.
  • Administer Windows Server environment running on VMWare or Hypervisor.
  • Office 365 Administration, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Design.
  • Maintain firewalls, access points/WiFi, and switches.
  • Ensures that backup, recovery, and security procedures are set up and performed as planned and necessary.
  • Monitors the utilization of all networks to detect potential errors or problems and provides necessary optimization, prevention, or upgrade requirements.
  • Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating system and application software being used to provideTier I/II support to users.
  • Supoort IS team on service desk tickets and projects.
  • Cover "on-call" on a scheduled rotation for escalation of tickets after business hours.
  • Supports projects to advance Helio Health's technology platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or similar degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Information Technology, Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • An equivalent combination of education or work experience in Information Technology.
  • A+ or other IT related credentials are highly desirable.

Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
