We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door or call the office.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay rate: $12 - $15/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line telephone system.
  • Greet and assist patients and clients with a welcoming and helpful demeanor.
  • Distribute necessary paperwork and ensure forms are completed accurately.
  • Input patient and client information into the computer system efficiently and accurately.
  • Collect and verify insurance information.
  • Provide general assistance and support to the front desk team as needed.


Qualifications: One year of medical front desk experience.
