Staffmark is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join our team.
Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while handling administrative and clerical tasks. If you're organized, have strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of legal procedures, apply today!

Pay: $12-15/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Answer calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Handle documents, scan, file, and organize case files.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with office tasks.



Qualifications:



  • 1+ year of receptionist or admin experience (legal preferred).
  • Familiarity with legal terminology a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
