We are looking for a System Engineer 3 to lead the integration and development of Over the Horizon Targeting (OTHT) services, analytic tradecraft and policies. A day in the life includes:
- Interactions with the USG, Partner representatives and IC agencies on National Tactical Integration (NTI) issues across the operational spectrum (air, land, sea, space and cyberspace domains).
- Software, data, and services migration planning and scheduling for use within customer directed environments
- Exercise support and testing planning and scheduling
- OTHT tradecraft recommendations, development and documentation.
The Level 3 Systems Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:
- System engineering/administration: planning, documentation, scheduling and deployment
- Support to Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) of mission specific software
- Partner coordination
- Extensive preparation and participation in demonstrations, exercises, Agile software development spirals, and testing events.
- Technical advice, operational support, planning and logistical support to tradecraft and spiral experiment participation across the DOD, Partners and other agencies.
- Determination and documentation of training requirements, mission delegation, and Job Qualification Standards (JQS) need for both dev/test, and operational environments.
Qualifications:
- Twenty (20) years of experience as an SE in programs of similar scope and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Joint Interface Control Office (JICO) experience
- System Fielding/training experience
- Supporting operational fielded systems
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Pay Range: 168,000-245,000 The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
