Danfoss in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) team. This position is required to use engineering principles and advanced problem-solving skills to design and evaluate electronic assemblies for use in off road automotive applications. A senior EE is responsible for creating schematics, laying out PCB's, following good design practices and agreed upon procedures, and verification of the design. A senior EE must have detailed knowledge of all aspects of a product cycle, including marketing, finance, customer service and production. Advanced informal leadership skills are also essential in this position as a senior EE is expected to train and mentor other engineers. This position is part of the CCS (Connect & Control Solutions) Business Unit. Job Responsibilities
