How you can make a difference

We are seeking an experienced Fraud Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud operations, leadership experience, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role involves overseeing day-to-day fraud operations, ensuring cases are handled efficiently, and supporting the team in high-volume situations.

Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise a team of fraud specialists, ensuring effective case management and resolution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fraud detection and prevention strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze fraud trends, providing insights to the fraud analytics and strategy team.
  • Handle escalated fraud cases and support the team during high-volume periods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address fraud-related issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor in a fraud operations environment ideally within financial institutions.
  • 4+ years of experience with financial institutions and fraud-related processes.
  • Knowledge of various types of fraud, including identity theft, bot attacks, and account takeovers.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate varying schedules and high-demand periods.
  • Experience with fraud case management systems and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Experience with fraud detection and prevention techniques.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and achieving results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in fraud detection and case management.

Salary Range

$57500.00 To $71500.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
