About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead our paid search strategy and execution, driving growth and efficiency across our digital marketing efforts. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in paid search, a strategic mindset, and a passion for innovation and optimization.
As a senior leader, you will oversee the full spectrum of paid search operations, from strategic planning and campaign execution to performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with teams across media, analytics, SEO, creative, and finance to ensure paid search is an integral part of our overall marketing ecosystem.

What You'll Do Strategic & Channel Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid search strategy that aligns with overall business and marketing goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and evolving consumer behaviors to drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid search into a holistic marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with SEO, content, and broader media initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative approaches that enhance performance and efficiency.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring best-in-class performance and efficiency.
- Implement automation and AI-driven tools to improve bidding strategies, budget pacing, and performance tracking.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to continuously refine ad creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
- Maintain a strong quality control framework for campaign structure, keyword selection, negative keyword management, and landing page alignment.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid search specialists, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools, training, and best practices to drive optimal campaign performance.
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to elevate team capabilities and executional excellence.
Financial & Performance Oversight
- Own and manage the paid search budget, ensuring cost efficiency and strong return on investment (ROI).
- Partner with finance and analytics teams to develop robust measurement frameworks and attribution models.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Lead budget forecasting and pacing to ensure financial accountability and maximize efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with SEO, creative, and content teams to ensure synergy between paid and organic search strategies.
- Partner with analytics teams to leverage data insights and refine targeting, messaging, and bid strategies.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance landing page experiences and conversion paths.
- Champion a culture of innovation by exploring new ad formats, audience expansion strategies, and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and other paid search platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and financial efficiency within digital marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive continuous optimization.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business or eight (8) years of experience in lieu of degree in addition to work experience (Required)

Base Pay Range: $97,800 - $176,400
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
