We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Training Support Lead - JBLM.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Conducts overall scheduling management coordination for MTC training.
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at echelons ranging from Battalion to Corps.
  • Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
  • Utilizes expertise and experience in staff training best practices, industry requirements IT disciplines to develop technical and training solutions in support of Army mission command training.
  • Has a high level of diverse technical and industry experience related to a specific skill set. Keeps abreast of doctrinal, operational, and tactical training methodology as well as technological developments and trends.
  • Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit AARs.
  • A Contractor employee shall be designated to act for the team leader when work is being performed outside of standard operating hours or during the team leader's absence.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



  • BS/BA degree.
  • 8 years of military training experience required.
  • Training supervisory experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience with training management.
  • Completed Command and General Staff College, SMA, or equivalent schooling.
  • Experience in operations and training management at Brigade or Battalion level or higher.
  • TS/SCI security clearance is required.
