We're hiring Event Staff to help create an unforgettable experience at the NFL Draft! If you're energetic, reliable, and ready to be part of one of the biggest sporting events of the year, we want YOU!

Pay rate is $16.00/hr. $18/hr. for overnight shifts.

What You'll Do:

As an Event Staff Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in guest services, safety, and crowd management. Your responsibilities will include:

* Usher & Guest Services: Greet fans, scan tickets, and help them find their seats. Provide directions and answer questions to enhance their experience.
* Crowd Management: Direct foot traffic, manage lines, and ensure walkways remain clear for a smooth event flow.
* Security & Safety Support: Monitor assigned areas, follow event security protocols, and report any concerns promptly.
* Assist with Venue Policies: Enforce event guidelines while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

What We're Looking For:
* Customer Service Mindset - A friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
* Physical Readiness - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
* Team Player Mentality - Work well with fellow staff, event organizers, and venue personnel.
* Basic Requirements - Must be 18+ years old, have a high school diploma (or equivalent) or five years of work experience, and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
