About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Training Coordinator to join our Field Ops Training team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for helping others grow, and can confidently facilitate in-person training and coaching sessions for new and existing Field Technicians. If you're a strong communicator, natural leader, and adaptable problem-solver, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate engaging, hands-on, in-person training sessions for new hire Field Technicians
• Demonstrate and coach technical skills required for success in the field
• Manage and execute local training programs from start to finish
• Partner closely with local Field Operations leadership and teams to support ongoing development and performance
• Track training progress and provide feedback to trainees and stakeholders
• Continuously assess and improve training programs to meet business needs and drive results
• Represent the Training team with professionalism and a commitment to excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in training facilitation and/or program management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust quickly to changing priorities
• Coachable, collaborative, and open to feedback
• Technical knowledge or experience in Field Operations is high preferred
• Previous experience at Vivint or in a similar field service industry preferred
• Project management skills are a bonus
