Responsibilities Foundations Behavioral Health is currently hiring full-time Admissions Coordinators to join our Intake team! We offer convenient schedules, currently hiring for Monday - Friday 7a - 3:30p or 7:30a - 4p. This position qualifies for a $5,000 commitment bonus! The Admissions Coordinator provides telephonic and in-person risk assessments and crisis intervention for individuals seeking psychiatric help. The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for initial contact with referral sources, and potential patients, coordinating the referral and intake process, and determination of appropriate level of care. The Admissions coordinator works with a variety of community resources, insurance companies, and outpatient providers. Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health and academic services to children, adolescents and young adults working through a wide range of mental or behavioral health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders. In collaboration with families, community supports and other providers, Foundations incorporates evidence-based, culturally responsive, and individualized treatment interventions within a nurturing, therapeutic environment. Qualifications Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology required. Prior intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience with a mental health population is preferred. Two years' experience with child/adolescent mental health clients and families preferred.
