Job Summary: The Stockroom Manager has overall responsibility to supervise, develop, and support systems related to work in the Stockroom Department. This includes ordering and processing new or used garment inventories, ensuring that proper documentation and processes are being followed in the department. Performs other duties as required and reports to the Operations Manager or General Manager. Travel Requirements: Occasionally, to visit customers or possibly to attend training meetings. Typical Environmental Conditions: Production areas of a typical industrial laundry facility which includes variations in temperature, odors, humidity, lint and dust. Physical Requirements: Physical Demands/Requirements during shift - standing, sitting, walking, stooping, grasping, lifting, pushing, pulling, moving loaded carts weighting several hundred pounds.
