This position manages and leads a team of professionals in support of enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, finance, mathematics or other quantitative discipline. Minimum Experience Five (5) years professional business experience in analytical/quantitative sourcing activities across multiple complex categories, including program or project management roles. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements. Proven leadership experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Outstanding human relations, negotiating and communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership. Excellent analytical, process/project management skills. Ability to innovate and produce high quality results and sourcing solutions across multiple categories on a consistent basis. Preferred Qualifications: Deep knowledge of the supplier landscape for Information Technology (IT), experience leading teams that deliver value/knowledge of supplier market, understanding of IT value chains; financial acumen and Total Cost of Ownership. Relocation assistance is available. Pay Transparency: : This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary : information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. : An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: Ex: U.S. Pay Range: $9,786.68/month - $13,212.02/month. Additional Details: Remote work will be considered based on business need.
