HR Analyst II
The HR Analyst II utilizes quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies and works with multiple data sources to generate insights from analyses, answers questions, and manipulates data to measure the effectiveness of programs, and organizational efforts. Responsible for creating and maintaining key human resources metrics and reports that provide our business with the necessary data, tools, and resources to execute strategic actions.
Essential Functions
- Designs reports to answer relevant business questions and communicates key HR metrics to stakeholders in easy to understand report and dashboard formats
- Collects and analyzes HR-related data at the macro level and at the detail level to effectively identify trends and reports to management findings and recommendations
- Develops and automates data and analytics solutions, iteratively builds dashboards to provide data insights on demand
- Deploys reporting analytics that enhance accuracy and efficiency and deliver reports in a timely and effective manner
- Conducts analysis of workforce data and leverages reporting and analytics to identify opportunities, patterns and risks for further management discussion and review
- Researches best practices for digital HR systems and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery
- Creates plans, timelines and tools to leverage new and existing system functionality and self-service capabilities
- Conducts audits and supports continuous improvement projects, such as improving data integrity, processes, and workflows and collaborates with HR team to implement necessary changes
- Automates, generates, analyzes, and distributes recurring HR metrics and ad-hoc reports to the appropriate stakeholders
