JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Education Program Coordinator provides support and assistance in the identification, development, and delivery of educational programs or initiatives; implements and evaluates program logistics related to materials, registration, record-keeping, staffing, marketing, data collection and analysis, long-range planning, and budget management.
Education and Experience: Minimum of a High Schook diploma plus two (2) years of relevant experience. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills in project or program coordination. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and organization are critical to the Program Coordinator's success. We value candidates who are forward-thinking, open-minded, and flexible, who have the dedication to learn a variety of new programs, procedures, and systems. Experience with LionPATH, FileMaker, 25Live, SIMBA, and Destiny is desired but not required. This position requires a flexible schedule during conference delivery and will include occasional weekend and evening work.
