Your Role on the Team Position Summary: The System Administration Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end user computing environment, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and related system administration functions within the organization. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation, security, and support of all end user devices, virtual desktops, and backend systems. The manager will oversee a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing the deployment and maintenance of end user devices, application packaging, ensuring the stability and performance of the VDI environment, and overseeing system administration tasks such as server management, network configuration, and security compliance. The manager will also collaborate with other departments to align IT services with business needs, develop and implement IT policies and procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall IT service delivery. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality IT support to end users.
