FOX Corporation is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to join its dynamic team, based in Los Angeles or New York. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the company by evaluating and executing key growth opportunities, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives across the Media and Entertainment landscape.

As a key leader within the Corporate Development team, the Director will collaborate with Senior Executives and Divisional Management to analyze financial, strategic, operational, and competitive opportunities. This role offers high visibility, exposure to C-level decision-making, and the opportunity to drive impactful transactions that align with Fox Corporation's long-term vision.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives
  • Develop financial models, valuations, and return analyses to assess potential transactions and business opportunities
  • Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive leadership, offering insights into corporate strategy, deal rationale, and market trends
  • Conduct due diligence, including market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor tracking to support decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, operations, and divisional leaders to assess and structure potential deals
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities
  • Support post-merger integration planning and execution to maximize deal value

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting, preferably with a focus on Media & Entertainment
  • Strong financial modeling skills with demonstrated expertise in valuation, transaction analysis, and forecasting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop complex financial analyses and high-impact presentations
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial and operational issues
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior executives
  • Ability to be a self-starter with a team-oriented attitude
  • Proactive approach to driving corporate growth

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $161,500.00-200,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
