Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements:



  • One year of warehouse experience
  • One year of clerical/administrative experience

As a Office Clerk, you will be responsible for resolving issues with customers, carriers, and warehouse associates while supporting inbound, outbound, or parcel functions. You'll manage workflow by planning, allocating, picking, manifesting, and closing daily orders. You will monitor and move workloads through the system, work with operations to address inventory issues, and manage inbound carrier scheduling and outbound shipping. Additionally, you'll use system reports to track shift progress, review Advance Shipping Notices, oversee parcel exchanges between the dock and carrier trucks, and troubleshoot data transmission issues with IT teams. Communication during shift turnover is crucial to ensure seamless operations.
