As a Restaurant Assistant Manager for Luchini, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Create daily floor plans to ensure proper station rotation and coverage, and oversee floor service in the dining rooms during operating hours. Conduct employee evaluations, manage attendance issues, and maintain communication with the Chef regarding food service and menu concerns. Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest and employee needs, including special requests and large party reservations. Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing, prepare requisitions, and keep inventory and stocking areas updated. Inspect food from support departments to ensure freshness and quality.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in FOH Restaurant 1+ Years of Supervisory Experience
