DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Provides technical support for a full suite of HR technology systems including Core HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Learning Management, Business Intelligence, and other supporting software.
  • Serves as subject matter expert related to HRIS functionality and reporting capabilities.
  • Analyzes assigned business requirements and proposes systems solutions and process improvements.
  • Recognizes patterns in support cases and requests and proactively logs process enhancements to minimize recurring work.
  • Supports design and testing of system configurations and upgrades and participates in system implementation projects.
  • Creates moderately complex reports and responds to data requests using other available reporting resources.
  • Complies with departmental process controls and change control processes.
  • Initiates set-up and launch of recurring and unique tasks.
  • Creates and maintains user documentation and guidelines.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:



  • Three to five years of related experience required.
  • Requires working knowledge and experience in own job family and broadens capabilities; has worked with and is proficient with current practices and procedures.
  • Requires expanded knowledge in own job family and broadens capabilities.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $77,500 - $124,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
