Qualifications you'll bring: Degree or Equivalent: Currently enrolled in a university or equivalent program preferably in 3 rd or 4 th year of college, or in a graduate program. Academic Standing: Must be in good academic standing. GPA Requirement: Minimum GPA of 3.0. Strong ethical skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, empathy, and effective listening abilities. Highly organized and able to work independently. Interest in supporting and being the difference for MVP members. Proficiency in Microsoft suite. Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth Humility to play as a team Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction Your key responsibilities: Referral Support: Support the clinical team with referral assistance, including connecting members to care. Documentation and Reporting: Assist Behavioral Health staff identify Behavioral Health trends within the membership and develop supportive interventions. Compliance: Prepare materials for regulatory activities. Outreach and Coordination: Conduct outreach calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with members. Collaborate with the provider network to determine appointment availability to support the MVP membership, and Case and Utilization Managers. Behavioral Health Advisory Committee: Outreach to members who utilize Behavioral Health services to encourage attendance at the Behavioral Health Advisory Committee, with the opportunity to attend the committee in July. Support of Department Programs and Projects: Support department programs and projects as assigned by leadership.
