As a Client Services Associate, you will handle financial transactions efficiently and accurately while upholding bank policies. Beyond transactions, you'll be a trusted resource for customers-delivering exceptional service, identifying banking needs, and recommending solutions with enthusiasm and professionalism.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Assist customers with financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant banking products and services.
  • Open and manage accounts, ensuring documentation is complete and error-free.
  • Support branch operations by handling Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and related tasks.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns, providing timely and professional solutions.
  • Refer customers to specialized departments based on their needs.
  • Protect customer data, ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory standards.
  • Engage with the community, participating in bank-sponsored events.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • 6+ months of experience as a bank teller is preferred
  • 6+ months experience in customer service, sales or cross- selling position is preferred
