US East Area Partner Leader

The US East Area Partner Leader is a key driver of partner-led sales impact and growth in the East Area. This leader owns the development and execution of the regional partner strategy in tight alignment with the East Area Vice President and their sales organization. Acting as the strategic bridge between Juniper's field sales teams and its partner ecosystem, this role ensures joint planning, tight integration, and measurable results that accelerate partner-driven revenue.

Success in this role is achieved by leading, developing, and empowering a high-performing team of Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to execute the strategy, drive partner engagement, and expand Juniper's presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Sales Execution

* Own partner strategy and execution for the East Area; align closely with the Area VP and field sales leaders.

* Drive partner-led growth by building and expanding relationships with current and prospective partners.

* Recruit, develop, and scale strategic partners aligned to Juniper's growth priorities (Data Center, Campus, WAN, Security, Automation).

* Define annual business plans, KPIs, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track performance and ensure accountability.

* Forecast accurately and deliver against revenue and pipeline targets across assigned partners.

Team Leadership

* Lead and grow a high-performing team of Partner Account Managers to deliver measurable sales impact.

* Provide ongoing coaching, development, and strategic direction to ensure team success and alignment with business priorities.

* Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Partner Enablement & Marketing Collaboration

* Guide partner enablement across key solution areas: Routing, Switching, Security, Campus & Branch, Data Center & Cloud.

* Support go-to-market strategies and execute demand generation programs (e.g., campaigns, webinars, events).

* Collaborate with marketing to build partner-focused initiatives that drive pipeline and accelerate sales cycles.

Field Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment

* Serve as a strategic partner to Juniper's Enterprise field sales, inside sales, services, and distribution teams.

* Coordinate joint selling motions and ensure partner engagement in all major customer opportunities.

* Drive alignment through shared planning, communication, and accountability with regional and vertical sales leaders.

Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in technology sales and/or partner/channel leadership.

* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving partner-led growth.

* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management experience.

* Deep understanding of networking and security technologies; experience positioning complex solutions across multiple domains.

* Strong business planning, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Experience with Salesforce.com and pipeline management best practices.

* Demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams and managing strategic partnerships.

* Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and results.

Minimum Salary: $360,000.00

Maximum Salary:$517,500.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $360,000.00 and $517,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
