This is where you and your skills come in. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports to highlight trends, variances, and opportunities.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, monitor performance against budget, and provide financial forecasts.

• Data Management: Collect and maintain financial data to update financial models and databases.

• Business Performance Monitoring: Track and report on financial performance, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Support Strategic Initiatives: Evaluate financial feasibility of new projects and perform financial modeling to support decision-making.

• Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide financial analysis and reports as needed by management or other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $59,850 and $85,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
