SENIOR SERVICE ASSOCIATE - MARC CLERK

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO AND FOLLOWS THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER, THE LOCATION MANAGER AND/OR THEIR DESIGNEE. THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMOTING SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS IN THEIR ASSIGNED PROCESS AREA'S AND TO WORK WITH PLANT COMMITTEES AND OTHER ASSOCIATES TO CONTINOUSLY IMPROVE THE AREA(S) AS IT RELATES TO BOTH.THE
  2. RESPONSIBLE FOR LEARNING AND UTILIZING PLANT SYSTEMS FOR ORDERING INDIRECT MATERIALS SUCH AS SAP AND COUPA.
  3. RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING CONSUMPTION AND INVENTORY OF ALL DYE AND FINISHING INDIRECT MATERIALS.
  4. RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEARING THE MD15 AND COGI SCREENS IN SAP DAILY.
  5. REQUIRED TO RUN ZSUPPFCST IN SAP DAILY TO DETERMINE WHAT NEEDS TO BE ORDERED.
  6. RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING VENDORS IF THERE ARE ANY LATE DELIVERIES OR OTHER ISSUES THAT MUST BE RESOLVED.
  7. REQUIRED TO COLLECT ALL COA INFORMATION FOR DYES AND CHEMICALS RECEIVED.
  8. RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING ALL CYCLE COUNTS FOR DYE SERVICE AND FINISHING ON A DAILY AND WEEKLY BASIS AS WELL AS BEING AVAILABLE FOR ALL QUARTERLY INVENTORIES.
  9. MUST BE PRESENT WHEN TRUCKS ARE UNLOADED AND FOLLOW ALL ENVIRONMENTAL PROCEDURES TO SIGN OFF ON INCOMING SHIPMENTS.
  10. RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSUMING DYE SERVICE REWORKS AND TECOING DYE SERVICE ORDERS.
  11. RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIVING INTO SAP INVENTORY ALL DELIVERIES AND FILE PACKING SLIPS.
  12. RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEARING THE ZUNISSUED REPORT IN SAP AND WORKING WITH THE PLANT COST LEADER TO ENSURE CORRECT CONSUMPTION OF DYE MIXES.
  13. RESPONSIBLE FOR REQUESTING NEW MATERIALS AS NEEDED.
  14. RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING INVENTORY IN SLOC 1006 AND MANUALLY CONSUMING ANY DYE MIXES THAT HAVE BEEN HELD UP.
  15. RESPONSIBLE FOR WEEKLY CONSUMPTION TO THE COST CENTER FOR PREP CHEMICALS, PACKING MATERIALS, AND SUPPLY ROOM INDIRECT MATERIALS.

WORK HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00AM - 4:00PM UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE.
  2. ASSOCIATE WILL NEED ADVANCED COMPUTER OPERATIONAL SKILLS.
  3. ASSOCIATE WILL BE PART OF PLANT SAFETY PROCESS.
