Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Required Qualifications * High proficiency in embedded Rust, C/C++ or equivalent systems language * Broad spectrum of knowledge to be able to understand end-to-end network system architecture. * Understanding of MAC and Networking layer of a communication system. * Understanding of Internet Protocol Security (IPsec), network protocols, data authentication and encryption (e.g. TLS, SSL, encryption, OpenSSL, X.509 Certificates, etc.) * Knowledge and experience of different security protocols and encryption algorithms such as suite of CNSA algorithms. * Experience with low-level hardware driver implementation * Experience with embedded Linux * Ability to work in a Bare Metal environment. * Familiarity with ARM architecture. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Willing to travel periodically, as needed Responsibilities for this Position Make the world's most advanced Cybersecurity and Encryption products even smarter As a Senior C/C++/Python Software Engineer, working with custom Hardware built in-house, for our Cyber group, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing mission critical NSA-certified Cybersecurity devices in a rapidly growing product line.
