Description Job Summary Performs various functions to manufacture and assemble jewelry items in a manufacturing plant. Manufacturing skills may include: Injection, Bench, Polish, Mechanical Finish and/or Make-up and Assembly. This opportunity is on our 2nd Shift at KCC and is open to Internal and External Candidates from all plants. Flexible Shift options include: Monday - Thursday 8pm - 1am (No shift Differential included in this role) WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Perform manufacturing processes as needed in Manufacturing skills. ALL SKILLS* - Corpus, Hondo & KCC Currently, KCC only* Bench Machine Assembly Hand Assembly Mech Finish Polish Wax Injection Tree Setup Laser Engraving* Enamel Prebench Laser Operation Finished Goods Handmade Casting Mold Making - Basic Gemstone Setting Product Fab* Rework ALL SKILLS - Comfort Prebench Polish Finished Goods Mech Finish Laser Operation Plastics Gemstone LVL 1 Gemstone LVL 2 Ring Fab Mold/Die Change Ceramics Rework Hand Assembly Stamping Findings Machine Assembly Machine Assembly-Advanced AM Basic AM Advanced EDM WHAT YOU WILL NEED Must possess at least two (2) earned Manufacturing skills with ability to learn and achieve one (1) skill within 6 months of employment with no more than two (2) skill failures. o NOTE: Opportunities for all skills training based on business need and meeting pre-requisites. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently including, but not limited to, verbally communicating with plant personnel regarding work processes and work assignments. Ability to read and understand written work processes, safety instructions, forms, training materials, etc. Ability to input data into standardized forms. Ability to complete accurate and timely production forms. Ability to perform basic formulas such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting and totals. Ability to accurately determine weights and measurements. Ability to work flexible work schedules and travel to various locations as business need requires. Preferred Qualifications *Basic computer or tablet operating skills.
