*Description*
Our client is looking for a network admin/cybersecurity engineer/LAN admin/jack of all trades to support their LAN infrastructure. This person will be responsible for maintaining a reliable, secure, and efficient network environment, including their cloud based as well as physical systems and storage. This position maintains the organization's hardware and software configurations, develops automation tools to manage the environment, and administers packages, including commercial off the shelf (COTS) and custom applications. Ideal candidate will have experience designing, building, and maintaining small to medium sized office networks. F5LA is less than 100 employees. Responsibilities: *Monitors security vulnerabilities, threats and events in network and host systems *Monitors network and systems to improve performance - supports entire LAN and WLAN *Maintains network equipment including switches, routers, WAPs, Servers, SAN, Firewall, wireless APs, and other security devices *Routine configuration changes and installation of patches and upgrades *Support and maintenance for all VOIP components including Phones, Servers, Gateways *Develops security policies and information protection strategies *Performs periodic backups of data and systems. Performs restores as necessary *M365 administration including O365, AD, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange *Prepares and maintains detailed documentation *Anticipates new security threats and stays up to date with evolving infrastructures *Provides AV support for the Commission meetings, as well as in conference room meetings Experience: *Minimum six years of experience in network administration and cybersecurity *Experience designing, building, and maintaining a small to medium scale office LAN. *Experience with M365 stack and Cisco products *Experience in Cloud based technologies *Ability to prepare, interpret and understand network security and disaster recovery concepts, policies, standards and procedures *Experience running cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees. *Hands on experience with enterprise security systems: Intrusion Detection, Data Loss Prevention, Centralized Logging, SIEM, Threat and Vulnerability Management, anti-virus software *Hands on experience with software automation tools, SCCM, Network monitoring tools, desktop and server management tools, Cisco UM, backup and data management technologies such as Veeam *Able to support video conferencing solutions and VoIP phones *Skills* Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Ccna, cybersecurity, Azure, cisco firewall, M365, SAN, LAN, WAP, Servers, AV, VoIP, NIST, HIPPA *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $90.00/hr.
