JOB SUMMARY

Provide and coordinate various administrative functions within the service department.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative / project support role is required.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong Excel experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Dexter & Chaney's Spectrum software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Procore construction management software is preferred.
  • Experience working with sales tax regarding payroll and accounts receivable is preferred.



KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge and understanding of general office procedures.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work well with others and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide administrative support to the service department.
    • Receive and route incoming calls.
    • Schedule service calls and dispatch work orders to electricians.
    • Coordinate permitting and inspections.
    • Complete job / project setups.
    • Assist with collection of past due customer accounts.
    • Respond to customer inquiries.
    • Coordinate and track calibration of testing equipment.
    • Other duties or tasks as assigned.
