Job Purpose

An engineer with some experience under their belt. Software Engineer 2s will typically have between 1-5 years of experience. As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with software engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and key stakeholders across the organization to deliver the best digital experiences for our users. You will actively contribute to the success of the team by innovating, participating in technical discussions, and contributing to the development of products that will transform the organization.

Key Accountabilities
Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
*Typically 3 - 6 years of experience in position. Bachelors Degree may be required.
*Has sufficient knowledge to independently interpret and follow procedures associated with specific transactions and practices in one broad work process. Actively seeks professional growth. Conducts own work within a defined area of responsibility. Develops knowledge in at least one other process.
*Independently determines / develops approach to solutions.
*Maintains effective internal contact within functional area or division, and frequently has external contact at peer levels. Implements project plans, and responsible for achieving work groups projects and annual results.
