JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support lab testing of electric drive components and systems - performance and durability testing
* Develop Test Plan, Coordinate DUT modifications, Instrument and Installation of DUT, Execute testing, Data analysis, Summarize results and conclusions, lead weekly update meetings, document findings, create presentations, troubleshoot issues with test stand, DUT, controls, etc
* Will work with a team lead or Sr engineer to learn role and that individual will continue to mentor and oversee testing activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering and 2-4 year experience
* Previous testing experience, product development experience, demonstrated mechanical system troubleshooting skills
* Organization, communication, meeting facilitation
* DEWESoft DAS experience, Canape experience desired
