The Senior Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of property management for the assigned portfolio of hospital medical office buildings, ambulatory satellite locations and third-party properties. Working under the direction of the Director of Real Estate Operations and the System Director for Real Estate, this position will support the mission of Main Line Health by preserving and increasing the value and integrity of the properties and meeting the financial and service objectives of Hospital and System owner.

Position: Senior Property Manager
Shift: Full-time 40 hours per week

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of property management experience, preferably in a healthcare facility.

Minimum 3 years in supervisory or management capacity required.

Working knowledge of budgets and financial statement.

Working knowledge of mechanical, engineering and plumbing plans and systems.

Understanding of Pennsylvania DOH and JCAHO Life Safety requirements.

A proven track record managing large-scale, commercial real estate portfolios with complex tenant structures.

Demonstrated expertise in commercial vendor negotiations and strategic capital improvements.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across diverse commercial properties.

A thorough working knowledge of commercial budgets, financial statements, and forecasting techniques aligned with industry best practices.

Education:
Degree or comparable experience in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or Real Estate required.

Licensures/Certifications:

Certified Property or Facilities Manager Certification preferred.
