This is a hybrid schedule role, you will be working 3 days a week in our Natick, MA HQ.

The Team:

As part of the Finance function, the Accounting team plays a critical role in ensuring an accurate reporting of the company's financial results. The Finance function has strong business partnerships and influence throughout the company. We drive financially informed decisions in support of the company's strategic objectives. We are focused on process improvement to provide the most efficient transactional support for our customers, vendors, and employees. The Role:

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring an accurate reporting of our consolidated financial results. As part of a professional team based out of our corporate headquarters, this role is responsible for complex accounting tasks, including global oversight for intercompany accounting.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain general ledger for US-based subsidiaries, including preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries.

  • Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring all global subsidiary intercompany transactions are properly eliminated as part of the global consolidation.

  • Assist with global consolidation of financial statements.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings.

  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner.

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of accounting processes.

  • Ensure strong internal controls around accounting transactions and compliance with accounting policies.

Minimum education and work experience required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

  • 5+ years of professional experience in an Accounting organization

  • Intercompany accounting experience at a corporate headquarters, consolidating financial results and eliminating subsidiary intercompany transactions

  • SAP and strong Excel experience preferred

  • CPA a plus
