Join our team as an Associate Office Manager and play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support while maintaining a welcoming and well-organized office environment. Your expertise will contribute to creating a productive and enjoyable workplace for everyone. *Key Responsibilities:* * Support the operations of the office and mailroom to ensure efficiency. * Provide reception services, welcoming guests, customers, vendors, and team members. * Coordinate with building management, vendors, and local service providers for office maintenance and repairs (e.g., plant care, appliance maintenance). * Manage office supplies and snack orders, as well as oversee catered lunch setup and cleanup. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, ensuring supplies are stocked at all times. * Assist in planning events, including executive meetings and team onsite gatherings. * Ensure consistent in-office availability during standard office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. *Qualifications:* * At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, hospitality, or office management role. * Strong knowledge of customer service and administrative support best practices. * Excellent work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Proven problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. * Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. Schedule: 8am- 5pm Monday- Friday, in office in downtown Seattle (1 hour lunch) Please apply with an updated resume! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
