AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hardware Test Engineer to work on cutting-edge high-speed interconnect technologies with our NTSG - Network Technologies Solutions Group. We are seeking a talented and experienced Hardware Test Engineer to join our team, focusing on high-speed interconnect optimization, validation, and compliance testing. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of signal integrity and power integrity fundamentals, with extensive hands-on experience in validating and testing NRZ and PAM4 SerDes for PCIe Gen5/6 and 400G/800G Ethernet designs. You will be working with both copper and optical links, testing high-speed interconnects, and ensuring the designs meet industry standards. Familiarity with various lab equipment and measurement tools like TDR (Time Domain Reflectometer), VNA (Vector Network Analyzer), BERT (Bit Error Rate Tester), and others will be essential in performing complex hardware validation tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware validation, signal integrity, and compliance testing for high-speed interconnects, including NRZ and PAM4 SerDes. Technical Expertise:
