Case Manager II People Incorporated Mental Health Care Services is seeking a Case Manager II to join our Children's Targeted Case Management team. This program helps individuals under 18 years of age gain access to medical, social, educational, vocational and other necessary services connected to the person's mental health needs. Eligible children must have a mental health diagnosis. This is a full-time hybrid position located in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Who We Serve

Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday typical business hours, some late afternoon and early evenings as needed Location: 5555 Boone Ave, New Hope, MN 55428 | Hybrid Hiring Range: $24.00 - $25.35/ Hourly, depending on qualifications Hiring Bonus: $1,000 available to external candidates People Incorporated Mental Health Services is the largest nonprofit mental health provider in Minnesota.
