TEKsystems is seeking a skilled IT professional to support Windows 10/11 deskside operations. This role involves troubleshooting, hardware and software break-fix support, and assisting end users with peripheral devices, mobile setups, and corporate network troubleshooting.
*8-10 month Contract* * * *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide workstation hardware and Windows 10/11 software support * Perform PC installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) * Image systems for break-fix purposes * Handle asset recovery, tagging, and disposal * Install customer-approved software upon request * Support printers and Tech Bar operations * Manage mobile device returns and shipments * Maintain IT service management updates and follow corporate processes *Required Skills:* * Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities * Experience imaging and configuring PC systems * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) installation and support * Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing systems * Mobile device (Android/iOS) support experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $26.00/hr.
