Description Our customer is looking for a data center tech to help cover their team's growing volume of work. This individual will be on a team of 3 technicians and report to the data center manager. This individual will be responsible for daily tasks within the data center They will help with builds, rack and stacks and various troubleshooting of equipment. Additional IT support (hardware/software support) is a plus because (down the line) this person will be able to install and maintain software on the servers, as well as working with vendors and making suggestions. Skills Racking/Stacking Cat6 & Cat5 Cable installation Data center maintenance Hardware troubleshooting Software troubleshooting Network troubleshooting / maintenance ** Fully on site 5 days a week in Ithaca, NY ** Experience Level Intermediate Level Long term opportunity with our customer is Ithaca, NY!
