WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Coordinates the development of strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration, engaging stakeholders to align on strategic direction and key initiatives.
- Monitors performance and mitigates risks, evaluating financial outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Drives process improvements in strategic and financial planning, enhancing analysis tools and efficiencies.

- Experience & Expertise - 1-3 years experience coordinating strategic and financial activities and collaborating with cross functional teams to algin business objectives with sustainable growth.
- Analytical & Data-Driven - Ability to analyze complex data, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong Communication & Influence - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative & Adaptable - Natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a team-focused mindset.
- Leadership & Development - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to foster growth in others while driving execution with a bias toward action.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Leadership Experience - 4-6 years of proven leadership in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
- Professional Certifications - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
- Consultative Experience - Proven experience in providing business unit or enterprise-driven consultancy, solutions, support, or services.
