Maintain daily technical operations at the campus level. Supervise the campus technicians along with providing technical support to customers.
Essential Duties
Provide technical support to college employees.
Oversee daily technical support for the campus; oversee procedural and operating structure and set standards and guidelines.
Supervise the campus technicians to ensure high levels of customer service; include planning, assigning projects/work level, directing the work of the staff and performing frontline duties as necessary.
Plan and arrange special technical requests on campus.
Monitor support tickets for each applicable campus.
Interview and hire staff; schedule, train, coach, and monitor staff on an ongoing basis; conduct periodic employee reviews and performance.
Train staff on computer maintenance, regulation, and customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent education in Information Technology, Networking, or related area. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.
3 years' experience in an Information Technology department.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in a customer service field resulting in excellent customer service skills.
Initiative to maintain current knowledge and skills related to information technology.
Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb a 10 ft ladder.
Ability to travel to each campus and support remotely as needed.
