Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/A

Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements preferred:
PMP certification
Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Experience REQUIRED:
Minimum 2 years of project management experience

Experience PREFERRED:
Minimum 3 years of experience working in health care or university administration setting managing multiple projects using project management methodology.

Education/training REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, or a combination of education and experience

Education/training PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, health care management or related degree.

Independent action(s) required:
Experience in managing cross-functional projects including planning and organizing work to achieve project and organizational objectives.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assist in the development and execution of new and ongoing projects.
Strong interpersonal skills to assist, support and collaborate with a variety of work teams.
Ability to plan and organize work in order to achieve project goals and organizational objectives.
Ability to manage and be responsible for shifting business priorities, demands and timelines.
Ability to deliver clear and concise presentations and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of key stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
