Pay: $26.50 - $28.00 per hour + $3,000 sign-on bonus Shifts Available:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plant equipment. You will install, align, and calibrate motors, blowers, and new equipment, as well as rebuild mechanical gearboxes and pumps. Basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge will also be required for various tasks. Additionally, you'll perform equipment calibration, analyze breakdowns, and identify root causes to improve reliability. You will train production employees on basic maintenance tasks, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate record-keeping in SAP. Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while participating in team meetings will also be key components of the role. Qualifications:
