Position Title: On Mountain Busser Business Unit: Summit House Position Reports to: Restaurant Manager, Supervisor Positions Reporting to this Role: None Location: Washington Wage Range: $16.50-$18.50 + Tips DOE JOB SUMMARY Bussers are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area by clearing dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables. They assist servers by setting tables with the necessary utensils, napkins, and condiments before guests are seated. Bussers also help refill water glasses and provide guests with any additional requests, such as extra napkins or silverware. They ensure the dining area is always tidy, sweeping or wiping down floors and surfaces as needed. Additionally, bussers collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are efficiently delivered and that the restaurant runs smoothly during service hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
