We have an opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative to join our Oil & Gas Separations sales team. This business manufactures sustainable gas separation and filtration technologies, primarily for the midstream and downstream Oil and Gas and Chemical Processing markets. You will own your territory and sell Pentair's products, solutions, and technologies primarily to end-users and distributor partners. This is a technical sales role that will require you to develop a strong understanding of our technology to build short- and long-term value with technical and functional wins throughout the sales cycle. ** The office for this business is in Conroe, TX. While the majority of time will be spent meeting with customers in the Houston, TX metro area, we prioritize maintaining a strong team culture. When you are not with customers or travelling away from home, you will work from our Conroe, TX office 3 days / week to strategize, collaborate and learn from the team. ** #LI-Hybrid You will:

Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated total target cash (TTC) range will be from $79500 - $147600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, sales incentive bonus.
