Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Club Retail Manager for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities

    Manages all club retail operations including but not limited to: working with corporate buying team to maintain appropriate inventory levels in golf (4) and tennis shops, special orders/PO creation & management, tagging, displaying, restocking, special events such as trunk shows and retail experiences, etc.
  • Ensures accurate record of retail sales and inventory.
  • Assists golf professional staff with member and outside events, as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  • Computer, printer, telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, file folders, filing cabinet, facsimile machine
  • Microsoft Office, Birchstreet, Kronos, Synergy, OnTrack, ForeTees, Resort Suite


Qualifications

  • Previous golf and club environment experience is required.
  • Must have knowledge of general golf course operations.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Must be attentive to detail.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to unexpected situations.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays and be flexible with the schedule.
