Job Description: Microchip is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SR HRBP) who will work closely with the site leadership team to ensure that the HR strategy supports the overall business goal of the organization as well as oversee the Human Resources activities at the location in Lowell, MA. Successful candidates will exhibit knowledge of HR fundamentals (talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, people and culture, organizational change, business partnership, learning and development, and organization effectiveness).
