FP&A Analyst - Hybrid | Plano, TX

Ribbon Communications is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance team. In this key role, you'll support strategic decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting. You'll work closely with Business Unit leaders and the executive team to deliver insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.

This position requires initial in-office training, followed by a flexible hybrid work arrangement based in our Plano, TX office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles
  • Deliver financial insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to analyze performance and improve Gross Margin (GM)
  • Conduct pricing and profitability analyses
  • Manage and enhance driver-based forecasting models
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership
  • Support month-end close activities in collaboration with Accounting and Treasury
  • Develop and maintain financial models for planning and analysis
  • Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects aligned with business goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of FP&A experience with strong financial modeling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, Essbase, HFM, or Planful is a plus
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
