Position Title: Relationship Associate Team Leader Business Unit: WM - FNIS Reports to: Director of Operations and Client Services - Brokerage Group Position Overview: Has management responsibilities for Regional Service Center (RSC) and provides Registered Sales Assistant 3 support to assigned Financial Advisor (FA). The position responsibilities include (1) managing the activities of the RSA staff of Sales Assistants to provide operational and client service support for multiple FAs aligned with the RSA, (2) managing RSA activity and coordinating with regional and program management to achieve revenue and strategic objectives and (3) coordinating with other RSA Team Leads to ensure service and support level consistency across the program. Primary Responsibilities: Works collaboratively with all FA's aligned with the Regional Service Center (RSC)and their assigned SA to develop and execute a plan to achieve individual FA and team revenue goals as assigned. Develops and maintains internal business partner relationships within the region. Provides training and development for RSC staff. Supervises and assists staff in performance of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to efficient processing of account related transactions; account and client servicing; executing a consistent, proactive client contact process; and identifying opportunities to expand wallet share with existing client relationships. Works with Director of Operations and Client Services-Brokerage and other members of program and regional management to communicate, train and execute on strategic objectives and regulatory (FINRA, SEC, Broker Dealer) requirements. Acts as the primary liaison for the region with (1) FAs assigned to the RSC to handle escalated operational and service issues (2) regional Producing Sales Managers for initial and on-going procedural and operational training for FAs (3) internal business partners on a variety of service issues. Receives and holds client accounts and acts in the capacity of servicing advisor during FA transitions within their region to provide consistency of service and ensure client retention. Acts as primary contact for prospective clients scheduling on-line appointments by screening and right-channeling the opportunity to the appropriate Wealth Management business line. Partners with assigned FA to manage and service existing clients, strengthen client relationships by learning their individual financial needs and identifies additional product placement opportunities. As partner FA's business model requires, independently conducts sales and review appointments and provides advice and follow up within the scope of authority, licensing, registration and abilities. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
