None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Afognak Native Corporation is currently recruiting for the next Ataku ("Later On") Manager - Shareholder Developmentwithin theAtaku Management Internship Program. Afognak Native Corporation's Ataku Management Internship Program is a two-year full-time program designed to provide Afognak Native Corporation Shareholders with the skills and knowledge base necessary for managerial level positions within an Alaska Native Corporation or other business environment. Ataku Manager - Shareholder Development will play a crucial role in facilitating the growth and success of Shareholders by providing comprehensive development programs and resources tailored to their unique career paths. This position will learn to manage the day-to-day Shareholder initiatives related to personal and career development programs. This person will foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including within the organization and external organizations to ensure alignment with objectives to enhance collaboration. Must be an Afognak Native Corporation Shareholder. Works with the VP of Shareholder Services & Sr. VP of Community Investments to manage Afognak's Shareholder development programs within the Youth Career Development, Adult Career Development, and Economic Development benefit strands within Afognak Native Corporation (ANC).

Provide high quality service delivery to Shareholders and Beneficiaries.
