$111,000.00 - $190,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for the overall management and optimization of amfam.com. You will lead cross-functional teams to enhance website performance, develop and implement site strategies, and create a robust content strategy. You will also lead with the customer, use data for decisioning and have experience in delivering personalized experiences to users. You will report to the AVP, Digital Marketing.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from either Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management:You will oversee the day-to-day operations of AmFam.com, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and alignment with business goals.
  • Team Leadership:You will create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. You will lead with influence and expertise. You will work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development. You will communicate and support organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
  • Digital Strategy:You will develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Content Strategy:You will create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand messaging and business objectives, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
  • Personalization:You will utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing tools to create personalized customer experiences, leveraging data and analytics to inform strategies.
  • Performance Optimization:You will monitor website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance site speed, usability, and overall user experience.
  • Collaboration:You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, product management, and customer experience, to ensure cohesive and effective digital initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analytics:You will develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders
